David has taken his tiling career from strength to strength. In 2022, he earned three TTA Technical Masterclass certificates and attended numerous specialist training courses. His dedication and skill were recognised in 2023 when he was awarded the prestigious Tile Fixer of the Year by The Tile Association (TTA). David has also achieved the Master Tile Fixer accreditation—an elite status awarded by TTA after a rigorous assessment of both on-site workmanship and technical knowledge via an online exam.

What does a typical tiling installation look like with us
Your Tiling Journey Starts Here
From the moment you reach out, we're focused on understanding your ideas and the look you want to achieve.
We'll arrange a home visit to measure the space you'd like tiled. During this visit, we'll guide you through your options — including tile finishes, colours, layouts, and design ideas — so you can feel confident in your choices.
We'll also talk you through any preparation work that may be needed, explaining why it's important and how it will be carried out.
Afterwards, you'll receive a free, no-obligation written quotation based on everything we've discussed. If you're happy to go ahead, we'll take care of the rest.
Preparing for Installation
Seven days before your scheduled installation, we'll get in touch to confirm everything is still good to go and let you know what time to expect us — typically around 8:30 AM.
If any existing tiles or materials need to be removed, we'll fit dust guards with zip entry to the doorway(s) of the room. This helps keep dust contained and minimises disruption to the rest of your home.
Before we begin, we'll fully prepare the space for tiling and walk you through the planned layout, so you know exactly what to expect. Once you're happy, we'll get started on bringing your new space to life.
The Process
Tiling projects can take anywhere from a single day to several weeks, depending on the scope of the work. Throughout this time, we maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism — both for your peace of mind and our team's wellbeing.
Our tools are kept in a designated area, and at the end of each day, we tidy away all equipment and materials, leaving the space as clean and clear as possible — even if the room isn't in use during the evening.
All installations are carried out in line with the current British and European tiling standards to ensure long-lasting, technically sound results.
Above all, we believe in clear and regular communication, keeping you informed at every stage of the process.
Respecting Your Home & Finishing
We understand that you still need to live in your home while work is taking place. That's why we always do our best to maintain access throughout your property during the installation.
For example, when tiling hallways or high-traffic areas, we'll carefully plan the work in stages to ensure you can still reach essential areas like your stairs or kitchen with minimal disruption.
Once the tiling is complete, we'll give the surface a thorough clean and apply sealant if required. Then we carefully apply the grout, followed by a final clean to leave your space spotless.
We make sure there's no mess left behind, so all you're left with is a beautifully finished tiled area, ready to enjoy.
